Track your order

Everart Studio (EVERART STUDIO DEMARTINO DI DE MARTINO MARIO, Parete (CE), Italy) provides this custom order tracking service. It runs on Everart Studio's own systems, connects to Shopify and to our logistics partners and carriers, and does not store your personal data such as your email address. Everart Studio is the data controller.

We process this information to answer your tracking request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the abuse-prevention data, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What we use to verify your order. The order number and email address you enter, or the customer account identifier that Shopify passes when you are logged in, serve only to verify in real time that the order belongs to you. We hold your email address and account identifier in memory for that check and do not store them.

What we store.

• Tracking numbers with the carrier status events, kept for up to 30 days from the last update, to speed up later lookups.
• Names of logistics places such as ports and cities, used for the map. We keep them without any link to an order, a person or a tracking number.
• For abuse prevention only: a pseudonymised, salted hash of your IP address and of the order number, with request counters. The order number is never stored in readable form. We delete this data within 48 hours, and the salt changes every month.
• Security check tokens, kept for 5 minutes so that nobody can reuse them.

What we do not store. The destination city on the map comes from your order. We compute it for each request, show it at approximate coordinates and do not store it. The service keeps no request logs that contain personal data, sets no cookies of its own, and does no profiling or marketing.

Third parties involved.

• Shopify, our store platform, which supplies the order and fulfillment data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check against bots. It processes technical browser data under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• The logistics partners and carriers handling your shipment. They receive only the tracking number.
• We use Track123, a shipment tracking service, to read carrier scans. It receives only the tracking number and the carrier name.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim, which receives only place names and never personal data.

Everart Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, timing or completeness of the tracking information supplied by carriers and logistics partners: this data comes from third parties, may lag behind their systems, and the map position is an estimate. This concerns only the tracking information and does not affect your rights as a consumer regarding the delivery of your order.
