Frequently Asked Questions
How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate calculated at checkout, depending on your destination. Fully tracked and insured.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Preorders ship from our factory with import duties included: there is nothing to pay on delivery. Items in stock ship from Italy: outside the EU, import VAT and duties are paid by you to the courier on delivery.
When will my pre-order ship?
Preorders: production takes about 2 months, then sea shipping takes 30–50 days from the factory. Express shipping is not available; for special requests write to info@studioeverart.com. Any delay is communicated by our staff, and you can follow the progress on the Track my order page. Items in stock are delivered in 7-14 days (EU and UK) or 10-20 days (USA and Canada). Read our full Shipping Policy.
How is my statue packaged for shipping?
Every statue is hand-inspected before dispatch, then double-boxed: the art box is suspended inside a larger reinforced carton, with a custom-fit foam interior that immobilizes even the most fragile parts. Every shipment is fully insured worldwide. If anything arrives damaged, follow the steps in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Open the Track your order page and enter your order number and email. Tracking is a service provided by Everart Studio, and the information comes from the logistics partners and carriers handling your shipment. Everart Studio does not guarantee its accuracy, timing or completeness, and the map position is an estimate. This does not affect your rights as a consumer regarding the delivery of your order. For any check or problem, write to info@studioeverart.com.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your order. Return shipping is paid by you. Full conditions are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Will I get a full refund?
Refund conditions are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report it to info@studioeverart.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the broken part, the whole statue, the outer box, the polystyrene and all the packaging. Each case is assessed by our staff. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
What is the statue made of?
Hand-painted polystone — the material we choose for our highest-quality limited editions. It captures microscopic detail and takes a premium hand-painted finish that lower-grade materials can't match.
How should I care for my statue?
Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature or humidity changes to preserve the paintwork over time.
