STUDIO EVERART — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

1. TAX INFORMATION AND DUTIES

VAT exemption: Studio Everart operates under the Italian "Regime Forfettario" (Art. 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, Law n. 190/2014).
Final price: No VAT (IVA) is charged on products or services; the price displayed is the final amount due for the item.
Outside the EU, in-stock items: in-stock items ship from Italy. The shipping rate covers delivery only. Import VAT, duties and customs fees of the destination country are paid by the customer to the courier on delivery.
Outside the EU, pre-order items: pre-order items ship from our factory with duties included. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
Northern Ireland: EU rules apply, so there are no import duties on goods shipped from Italy.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rate: a flat rate per destination, calculated and shown at checkout.
In-stock items: dispatched from Italy; you receive the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
Pre-orders: a deposit, announced at the launch of each product, is paid at checkout. The balance is paid when the order is ready to ship from the factory, and it can be paid in instalments where available (for example Klarna, selectable as a payment method in the final step of checkout, or PayPal).
Pre-order timeline: production takes about 2 months, followed by sea shipping of 30–50 days. There is no express option. For special requests, write to info@studioeverart.com.
Updates: if there is a delay, our staff will tell you. You can follow progress on the Track my order page. Shipping starts when we communicate your tracking number.
Transfer of risk: the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the goods. Damage that happens before delivery is our responsibility.
Inspection on delivery: check the outer packaging for damage before signing the courier's document.
Received with reservation: if you see external damage, write "received with reservation" on the delivery document before signing.
Damage in transit: report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@studioeverart.com with photos of the broken part, the whole statue, the outer box, the polystyrene and the packaging, so that we can open the claim with the courier. Each case is assessed by our staff: the options include replacement of small detachable parts, full replacement for irreparable damage, or a refund, and compensation may be offered. Replacement times depend on production when the part is not in stock. Damage caused after delivery (opening, assembly, falls) is excluded. Return shipping costs for replacements are paid by the customer; for heavy shipments our staff is open to agreeing easier arrangements. Details are in the Returns & Refund Policy.

3. CANCELLATION

Standard orders: can be cancelled before dispatch, with a full refund.
Pre-orders: can be cancelled with a full refund until the order ships from the factory. See the Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the balance request email (one reminder is sent) and the order is not cancelled, the order is cancelled and the deposit, with any shipping amount already paid, is retained as caparra confirmatoria (Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

Timeline: consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from delivery.
Return shipping: the cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer. For heavy shipments, our staff is open to agreeing easier arrangements.
Refund: we refund the price paid within 14 days of receiving the return, including the standard initial delivery cost as required by law.

5. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Coverage: all products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, which is not limited by any of our policies. Limited editions do not remove your legal rights.
