How much does shipping cost?
A flat rate calculated at checkout: €20 for Europe, €40 for the UK, €74 for the US, €100 for Australia.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees. No VAT is charged on the displayed price (Italian Regime Forfettario).
When will my pre-order ship?
Shipment occurs only after the full balance (deposit + remaining balance + flat shipping fee) has been received. Read our full Shipping Policy.
How is my statue packaged for shipping?
Every resin statue is hand-inspected before dispatch, then double-boxed: the art box is suspended inside a larger reinforced carton, with a custom-fit foam interior that immobilizes even the most fragile parts. Every shipment is fully insured worldwide — if anything arrives damaged, we replace it.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be intact, in its original undamaged packaging, and include all accessories and certificates. Return shipping is at your expense.
Will I get a full refund?
For voluntary returns of perfect-condition limited edition pieces, the reimbursement is capped at 80% of the original price, reflecting the loss of first-sale collectible value.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect the outer packaging on delivery. If you see damage, write "received with reservation" on the delivery document before signing, and contact info@studioeverart.com with photos within 48 hours. Read our full Returns & Refund Policy.
What is the statue made of?
Hand-painted resin — the material we choose for our highest-quality limited editions. It captures microscopic detail and takes a premium hand-painted finish that lower-grade materials can't match.
How should I care for my statue?
Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature or humidity changes to preserve the paintwork over time.
